We are now offering 1:1 or small group (up to 4 people) core strength and flexibility programs.
 
Sandy qualified as a Yoga teacher at the Anahata school of yoga and has over 3000 hours of teaching experience. He is currently studying towards a diploma in yoga therapy. He is a registered yoga teacher with the Independent Yoga Network.
 
His primary interest is in using yoga techniques to build core strength and stability and to improve overall flexibility helping to improve peoples posture and performance.
